Frank Elsner is a seasoned public safety and leadership professional whose career spans frontline policing, executive command roles, and senior positions in the private sector. Raised in Canada after immigrating from Germany as a child, he developed an early passion for athletics, outdoor skills, and community involvement.

Frank built a diverse policing career across multiple jurisdictions, serving in roles ranging from undercover and investigative work to intelligence, tactical operations, and senior leadership. He later advanced to executive positions, including deputy chief and chief roles, and contributed to provincial policing organizations and intelligence bodies.

In the private sector, Frank has applied his expertise to consulting and organizational leadership, and he currently serves as Chief of Safety and Security for a major Canadian company.
